Completed in November 2009, Harvey Court comprises twenty three individual 2 bedroom apartments set over 4 storeys incorporating a single lift.

Working in conjunction with Moat Housing Association, 8 of the completed apartments were offered for shared ownership to allow first time buyers gain a foothold in the property market by part renting/part buying their new home. The remainder were let on affordable rents.

The land assembly, research, planning, contemporary design and financial negotiations for the project were handled by DBS. The construction and design which incorporates ecological and sustainable considerations such as a seedham natural 'green' roof covering and  solar panels which reduce traditional energy consumption for heating water  by 25% conformed to the prevailing Eco Homes requirements.

The completed project which incorporated allocated off road parking, secure covered storage for 24 bicycles and a gated communal garden area set within one of Croydon's established residential areas complied with the 'Secure by Design' criteria.
